I am a proud native of Stokes County, North Carolina, where I was raised on a family farm alongside cows and tobacco, surrounded by strong values, hard work, and community connection. My family has long been part of this small-town fabric—farmers, postal carriers, hairstylists, and small-business owners—serving neighbors we know by name.

Healthcare and service have always been central to my life. I have worked as a nurse for over 18 years and later earned my Master’s degree in Winston-Salem to become a Nurse Practitioner so I could expand my ability to care for those around me. My husband, a retired U.S. Army veteran after 22 years of service, and I are also licensed foster parents. Together, we have built a full and busy life raising seven children through adoption, fostering, blended family, and biological parenthood.

Living and working in a rural area has shown me firsthand how difficult it can be for people to access timely, affordable healthcare. Long wait times, high copays, and lack of insurance often keep people from getting the care they need. That reality is what inspired me to create a telehealth practice focused on accessible, flat-rate care for individuals and families.

My goal is simple: to provide quick, compassionate, and affordable healthcare for acute needs—without unnecessary barriers—while also offering wellness-focused services that support long-term health and quality of life.
